In an audit that will be released Tuesday, Galperin found that more than 1,000 units of housing approved for funding through Proposition HHH could top $600,000 apiece.
The audit, which also attempted to explain why projects cost so much, dismissed the commonly cited factor of land cost as “likely overstated” and instead pointed to “soft costs” as 40% of the projects — nearly as much as labor and materials.
“The high level of soft costs indicates that developers are spending large amounts on non-construction activities such as fees, consultants, and financing costs,” it said.

Yes, this is my first Holly to have berries! I lost 4 Hollies several years ago when the city came in and put in a storm sewer concrete tubing on our side and back yard to connect to the storm sewer on the right side of our house. This system takes rain water out from two large subdivisions. It really has made a big difference to our area. So it was well worth it. The 4 I had before never had berries. I never seemed to get the right sex...lol But now either I did our someone now in my neighborhood has a Holly too.

Sounds to me like the WH is preparing to head to court. They will appeal to SCOTUS if necessary.
Issue number 1 in my book is all the constitutional issues:
separation of powers
The amendments 1 & 4
And all the judicial procedure they are trying to ignore is second.
Right to question accuser at the top of that section.
