This IS the law in almost every locality in the United States, and it also applies to vehicles, lend someone your car, he doesn't have to give it back, and don't be stupid enough to try to take it back by force, you'll wind up in jail.

I saw a girl have some mail sent to her boyfriend’s house under some still guise of being in transition moving and needing to send the mail somewhere steady.
She then showed up with cops and said he beat her and with the Fed govt proof of living there (the mail) they made him pack up and move out right then and there.

Sounds like New York city which I would imagine is like every city or town run by liberals. When I lived there in Queens this old lady down the block from me owned a house that she didn’t live in and this black dude broke in and was living there and if you can believe it, she had to go to housing court to get him out which took over a year. Burglary? What’s that? Oh he is just an innocent tenant!

Now that the cops know he had outstanding warrants have they arrested him? Only one person if his name age in Ok. ARRESTED in 2018 for theft, controlled substance etc.
To me the way to get them out would be to lock them out when they leave and dump all their crap in a dumpster far away and if they call the cops just deny deny deny they ever lived there. But like you, me personally I would be a tremendous threat to their health.
It pays to have friends in “LOW PLACES” that owe you a favor.
