Firemen will only go into neighborhoods where they will be safe and the same goes for emergency medical services, EMTs & AMTs...”911” calls will be measured and, responded by neighborhood call and Americans, even the rich ones will die no matter how rich they are, because if they suffer an injury, stroke or heart attack, etc. there may be no one willing to transport them to the nearest hospital.
