Can you say “Judicial Overreach?”
Public intoxication, fine.
Taking his driver’s licence even though he wasn’t driving?
Things like this are yet another reason the public is withdrawing support for law enforcement and the judicial system.
Clearly a blogger.
Our stallion and gelding used to eat old apples in the orchard. Us`n kids used to ride `em when they were drunk.
We’ve had a few of those dwi’s on horseback in our town, too
I’m confused. Was the rider drunk or the horse?
First thing that came to mind! Kid Shelleen
I think you misread it. He lost his driving privileges for a year, starting last February 2019. He apparently was riding the horse because his driver’s license was suspended.
Allegedly!!
He was also charged with assaulting the horse..
He said he asked the horse if he didn’t mind ‘doing it’ and the horse said ‘Neigh’ now YOU are claiming assault and horsey said he DIDN’T mind....
Looks like he plead guilty to it. Probably could’ve easily beat the charge.
I guess you should show up in court shitfaced either.
In California you can be convicted of DUI for riding a horse or a bicycle while drunk.
Arrest him — and the horse he rode in on.
No he lost his license last feb, that is why he was on the horse.
I had a great great great whose claim to fame was that he stumbled into the wagon and the team brought him home.
