Joint Polar Satellite System(JPSS)...3h....The Suomi-NPP satellite passed almost directly over #Dorian Friday, allowing its microwave sounder to see the inner structure of the hurricane. As of 11 am, the storm was considered “dangerous” & a “significant threat to Florida and Northwestern Bahamas.”

The only reason I can think of for saying something off the record is if you say it to only one or two people, you can pinpoint your leakers fairly easily. Other than that, I agree - why the WH would tell ANYONE anything they didn’t want spread is beyond me. Perhaps they actually use the whole “off the record” thing to make sure something is repeated.

I'm here today. But Eva chose to go back three centuries ago to her love Daniel Butler. She finally confided in someone in our time Clare and Clare too was also back in time. But she was from the future and got to see her grandparents meet for the first time. Clare told her of a man she met when she was very young who was in his nineties and talked of the Grey Lady who vanished infront of his eyes. Turns out it was Eva. Clare helped Eva go back and stay. Taking a rest from time traveling.
