Get woke, go broke.
Its what happens when your first mover advantage is gone, but you haven’t figured out how to maintain your value....
Netflix CEO Reed Hastings told Peter Thiel that his support of Trump made Facebook look bad
Really, the Obama’s aren’t the problem.
The problem is they are loosing Disney content, and like all other content companies, are doing their own streaming thing.
Netflix will be servered up with nothing to stream.
What tripe. Did you even read the article you posted?
Netflix was becoming the HBO of online video services.
Liberal to the core and adding more liberal management and content.
Its recent price increase, losing big portions of its content catalog, failing of many of its ‘original’ series and movies, mounting competition from several other new major content streaming services, and its liberal slant.
I cancelled mine this year. Told them because of the deal they gave the Obama’s.
Yes since it was taken over by the Obamas, it has gone downhill.
Folks, being woke or getting in bed with the Obamas had very little to do with this.
Disney and other media companies are starting their own streaming services. Plus Netflix is spending way too much on original content.
This is just the market working its magic.
The new kids on the block are actually the old kids on the block coming back to reclaim their real estate.
Thats pretty much the same with every tech company.
Netflix is deep in debt. The debt is being used to finance acquisition and production of content. Losing enough subscribers would put the company in deep trouble.
But where will I watch average to terrible movies all for a low low monthly price? Well Stranger Things is cool though. They use way too much unnecessary profanity and overboard forced PC in the rest of Netflix productions.

Not too long ago the Missus and I would either channel surf the cable or watch stuff we had recorded on our DVR. Then we got AppleTV.
We now surf AppleTV. Usually we start in Netflix, move on to Amazon, then HBO, then Hulu, and lastly Starz.
No, I am not insane enough to subscribe to all of these. I have two adult sons. We do two, our eldest does two, and our youngest subscribes to one of them.
Yep, we share our subscriptions.
Cable is now almost exclusively only watched for the (rare) specials on the alphabet networks, FoxNews, and some sports.
Netflix still has some good stuff - we are watching Another Life right now - but, they seem to be pushing Korean and Japanese crap. I am not a fan of subtitles.
Amazon has a few original series we like. Most of their movie catalog isn’t that great.
HBO was for Game of Thrones. They still show some good movies.
Hulu allows us to see the few network shows we are interested in.
The wife watches Starz for some chick-friendly series.
The point...viewing habits have radically changed. Netflix will be only one fish in a very crowded sea. Sell.
We dumped them when all their shows were about feminists, gays, and trans whatevers.
When NetFlix decided its purpose was SJW, Globull Warming, Homosexual, and Pedophile support, they began losing the part of their market that they hate the most.
Us.
All they want to keep, is our children.
