Remember the scene in “Men In Black” when Will Smith is speaking about Linda Fiorentino and says to Tommy Lee Jones “She’s got this Queen of the Undead thing going on...”?
That’s kinda the way I feel abut Marianne. She’s kinda got this Queen of the Unicorns thing going on.
There’s something oddly hot about her.

That’s because she’s hotly odd.
Anti-depressants are very helpful for people who are clinically depressed. Those individuals need something for their minds to get a break and get mental and physical rest before getting into serious therapy.
Without it, recovery would likely never happen.
People who have significant chronic physical pain can be helped a great deal with a mild anti-depressant. I know some one who was depressed because of chronic pain. I noticed a major improvement in that person’s mood in just two days.
What prompted that?

Thursday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” anchor Anderson Cooper got into a heated exchange with 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Marianne Williamson on her views on mental health and on anti-depressants.
Cooper said, “A few months after Robin Williams died by suicide, you posting something I’m putting on the screen, implying antidepressants were the cause of Williams’ death. You wrote the truth about antidepressant helpful for some, harmful for others. Then you linked to this article that was clearly suggesting antidepressants played a role in his death. Do you know who wrote that article? That was by an organization funded by the Church of Scientology, which doesn’t even believe in psychiatry, doesn’t believe in psychiatric medicine for even serious mental illness. They even have a museum in Hollywood called psychiatry, an industry of death.”
If you call the suicide hotline they’ll put you on hold.

Cooper - idiot ... Marianne, less of an idiot ...
I really like her. She is intelligent and communicates effectively with well organized arguments. Unlike Andrew...Andershon Pooper who just shotguns with talking points and can’t carry a logical statement in a 10 gallon bucket. Loved the “Like I’m some kind of Tom Cruise”!
And she rightly called him out for using the crap phrase “with all due respect” when in the same breath he flatly DISrespects her.
I’d much rather have her for President than any of the other dolts!
She seems flaky and her vocal delivery is annoying. However she is 100% correct that many doctors will hand out antidepressants for the asking.
Well ... she did read the old white-haired ‘queen’ the riot act in a very warm and friendly way toward the end ...
While she makes sense on a few points, her argument for immense amount for reparation is crazy. She also holds other extreme positions.
