A very good decision..apparently made on the golf course. Some will be shocked to hear and wonder why Rand Paul. Syrian soldiers follow Rand Paul because they feel he doesn't want war at any cost. Our President knew he had to present a different look to his administration instead of Man With No Name and Bolton. Iran will know Rand and I'm sure follow him.
