How difficult would it be to keep track of the billions of dollars given to Baltimore. Would there be receipts of draws from bank accounts? Anything to trace where the money went? How it was spent?

I think you might have the situation figured out Peabody. We can hope. Our President has Said over and over.....never start anything without knowing you’ve won. Something to that effect. There must have tons of evidence for him to center on BAltimore. To go after a politician ...it’s pretty tough...but to go after a black dirty politician...it takes b@lls!!
