are the media really deflated? I dont have the stomach to watch - but thought that CNN others were spinning that Mueller was testifying that Trump had done not good things
JMHO, both the media and the 'rats are not only deflated, they're in the same position as a kid on Christmas morning who just discovered that there is no Santa shortly after finding the pony he was going to get was traded for a hot tub for his parents and all he's getting is the horsesh** to shovel.
(OT, but I'm at least five years older than Meuller and I was almost feeling pity for the poor old forgetful fart. NOT!!!)

NOW: Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) tells our @edokeefe that he thinks today’s #MuellerHearings did a good job of illustrating the special counsel’s report for the American people who hadn’t read it. As for whether today will prompt more Dems to call for impeachment, he demurred.

@edokeefe
: “The Democrats who are in favor of an impeachment inquiry or impeachment say they will press on with that.
But remember public support is not there yet the majority of Americans say theyve learned enough and want to move on.”
That is actually a good statement.

“Major news coming from the United States Department of Justice. After what many called a political move by the House to hold both AG William Barr and Commerce Secretary Wilber Ross in Criminal Contempt, the DOJ has decided against pursuing charges for failing to comply with subpoenas.
“According to The Hill, the Department of Justice said Wednesday that federal prosecutors will not prosecute Attorney General William Barr and Commerce Secretary William Ross, after the House voted to hold the officials in contempt for failing to comply with congressional subpoenas.
The Department of Justices long-standing position is that we will not prosecute an official for contempt of Congress for declining to provide information subject to a presidential assertion of executive privilege, Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen wrote in a letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
The House passed the criminal contempt resolution earlier this month largely along party lines.”

By - Associated Press - Updated: 5:19 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2019
“NEW YORK A judge has rejected claims that President Donald Trump and his three eldest children engaged in racketeering against people who lost money in a marketing company Trump promoted.
Wednesdays ruling by U.S. District Judge Lorna Schofield came after several individuals sued Trump, saying he violated federal anti-racketeering laws by falsely reassuring them he had adequately researched the company, known as ACN.
Trump had endorsed the company in speeches and on The Celebrity Apprentice.
Schofield threw out the claims on the grounds that the lawsuit filed last year in Manhattan federal court did not sufficiently explain how Trump and his family could have caused the losses to individuals.
Lawyers who sued claimed that victims lost at least $500 while some lost thousands of dollars. Messages for comment were left with lawyers.”
