Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Actually, it wouldn't. In 1826, Congress abolished property qualifications for federal elections, and in 1841 (or 1846, senior moment here), Congress set the date for federal elections to the date we still use today.
On the issue of federal elections, Congress has complete control of the process, and no amendment is necessary.
For your proposed changes to the Electoral College, that's another story. You're right. The Constitution gives the state legislatures plenary authority to determine how electoral votes are to be handled, and your proposed change would require an amendment.

Naw not making light of anything, hang the scumbag. I’m not going to argue over assumptions either concerning what else happened. My point was his behavior contrast to pedophilia and Epstein doesn’t seem to fit profile of someone setting up that temple and the moloch, sacrifices. Anything possible, sure. But the supposed 66 feet deep, 3 staircases, tunnels, many rooms/chambers... It’s another level of ritualistic organized planning for sickos at the highest levels.

I see that as how it’s playing out, but I don’t think that was the actual plan. I think the plan was focus energy and resources on that part they could save, and that was the Senate.
The Senate was priority because it could put the brakes on the idiocy coming out of the House.
I did a reverse image search on the aborted baby pics posted by Q today. For the record, the original image came from an article about a man trying to show these babies some respect by providing them with a proper burial. Yes, its terrible that there were so many babies in a dumpster, but at least there was ONE human that showed them some dignity.

I think you’re both right.
Because the Trump admin had not had time to clean up voter/election fraud, they figured they’d lose the House, but the Senate was imperative to hold, so focus was on that. Plus so many weak sister/dirty Rs quit or “retired” that it was more or less inevitable that Dems would win.
But since the Senate held (and gained a few seats), Trump people knew that whatever criminal insanity the House tried would not be voted on by the Senate, or passed if voted on. So therefore the House could have its fits and insanity and nothing would come of it, with the plus that they would go pedal to the metal hog wild and show the world without a doubt with evil pieces of s*** they are. This has caused many regular Dem voters to leave the paryt.
