Is anyone able to post "Betsy Ross" flags on Facebook

I know several people, including myself, who are unable to post any Betsy Ross flags on Facebook.
Trying to find out if this is a "thing" or not. If it is - then the jaundiced Magogs at Facebook are really looking to have very bad things happen to them.

My newsfeed is full of them.
That said, I know Facebook is having “system issues” and many of my friends post are without the pictures.
The ads, however, are all there.

Strange but I tried to post photos of the Tanks in Washington DC as my cover...did not load.
So I went to a back up, photo of old July 4th Parade with military units... did not load.
So I tried a American Flag and it did not load
I thought it was just me...

Right now, Facebook ain't showing pics reliably of any kind, so I do not think this is connected to the Betsy Ross Flag.
