Gutfeld believes the only direction left for Biden is "down" while Harris' campaign is heading upward.
"He's only got one direction and that's down because he's up top, right? ...He just doesn't look like he has the energy," Gutfeld said.
Gutfeld also predicted Harris would get the Democratic Party's nomination.
"I will say this Kamala even if she gets a nomination which I think she will be, I think she will. And I think it's going to be a two-woman ticket," Gutfeld said before noting that the Senator would be vulnerable to criticism from President Trump.

1) Harris assures large black turnout.
2) Gabbard assures large white female vote. Plus large appeal to “moderates”.
3) Many other moderates will be persuaded to vote for a “historic moment” just as they were for Obama.
4) A third party spoiler, like William Weld or John Kasich, could be added insurance to swing the GOP vote by 1-2% in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. There are plenty of billionaires who would finance such a Trojan candidacy and fund media in swing states. Remember, if Ralph Nader had not run third party in 2000, the votes he captured in Florida would have made Al Gore president assuming they went to Gore.
Trump will eat her alive(and Kamala might enjoy that).

Whatever. Hillary will be asked to run. She will say, “Aw, shucks. Me?” The Clintons have all the Democratic money. And she will lose again. No one beats the Trump Train that is protected by God and patriots.
But I'm using "The democrat party is a mafia" model for my prediction.
