Thanks for your Thursday posts!
We have about 5 inches of snow. Snowed again Wednesday night.
This is a Trick, not a Treat.
: /
Wow! Is this early for y’all?
Yes, very early.
It snowed Tuesday and Wednesday into half of Thursday.
Had to put my truck in 4 wheel drive to go to town this morning.
It was so cold today, windy, in the 30s.
Still went to be with my horse buddy though, so the day was still good!
We are entered in our second horse show, an obstacle course.
Will be in 2 weeks.
New job starts on Monday. Gee I hope I like it.
: )
I hope you like the new job too. That’s always a big help. Stay warm and stay safe when you have to get out!
5” in October? Grrrr.
We got a winter blast, too...but not so cold....My summer flowers got hit much sooner than usual.
Stay safe in the snow!
Good luck with new job and training for the next horse competition.
Thanks for your post about my new job. I’m trying to not be nervous about it. Not exactly sure how much computer stuff is involved. I hope not much. At least I ain’t afraid of hard work, done plenty of that before.
: )
More snow in Wisconsin today. I was up north in Wausau visiting my aunt and huge flakes were falling at noon today. Thankfully it didn’t last too long.
Had a good 2 day visit. She is 87. We both like to browse around thrift stores.
A lot of our snow melted while I was away.
: )
Yeah, no one here is happy about snow in October/early November.
There was some grumbling when more came falling down today, up north where my aunt lives. We cut our shopping day short due to snow, although the flurries didn’t last long enough to add up to much.
cheers
Flurries that don’t add up to much can be quite pretty.
Just as long as they DON’T add up to much.
