I have had every test available. I had run out of docs to see until one was able to get a diagnosis. It was a week of me shaking so bad I couldn't feed myself, and I don't remember Thanksgiving. It was scarey for my family. I am also taking Rifaxin. The seventy dollar wonder drug. I get them from Canada for a dollar each,

You are correct-they do tell people how to help themselves. Our son’s now retired allergist told him that getting his lungs stronger would help his asthma. Our son was around 11 years old. The advice stuck with him. At 19 he is a machine-has worked out daily for the past 7 years, keeps to an extremely healthy food regimen. Pollens and humidity still trigger his asthma as it’s pretty severe. But, he is a college wrestler; something I never envisioned when he was younger. A six minute match is a long push-sometimes he needs an inhaler, but not always.

Please look into these. They are available without prescription:

Nicotinamide Riboside (raises NAD+)
https://aasldpubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/hep.28383

Boron (raises NAD+)
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4712861/#!po=12.1849

Folate (converted folic acid or Metafolin) and B12 for NASH
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/29614799/

Weight loss can mostly or completely reverse NASH (67% of patients)
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2799538/

L-Carnitine
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4077577/

Low fat and low sugar diet causes remission, while Omega-3 DHA stops progression of NASH
https://www.lifeextension.com/Newsletter/2017/5/Omega-3-fatty-acid-could-halt-NASH-progression/Page-01

Remove fructose from diet to minimize DASH
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4323454/

Carnosine derivative curbs NASH (or take more carnosine)
https://www.jci.org/articles/view/94307

The biggest opportunity is from reducing weight and reducing carbs, but the rest can also help.

I hope you get better.

Don’t ever take any pharmaceuticals , except aspirin of course

The drug manufacturing industry is multi trillions of dollars and is constantly trying to come up with new Innovative ways to try to catalyze the human body into healing itself

it’s very daunting task because the human body is very complicated and has multiple feedback mechanisms and self regulates actually very well

the western view of the body and treating symptoms is far different than the eastern view of the body and treating me entire body has a unit

Chi. Etc.

From my perspective it is far more effective at treating “illness” and “disharmony”

I used to use benedryl for allergy attacks...hated it...now take a mega dose of vitamin C and am finding it works!

——-

Great. I just took a Benadryl 10 minutes ago. My cold turned into sinus infection and then bronchitis. Dr told me to take allergy meds along with antibiotics Tylenol and ibuprofen. I’ll have to try vitamin c.

Natural C - not ascorbic acid - works very well for me.

Doctors tell patients all the time how to help themselves. Get more exercise, get more sleep, lose weight, reduce sugar and salt, eat more fruits and vegetables. Do people listen?

My doc said it was his job to get me on statins.

I politely refused.

It’s a scientific fact that bacon makes you immune to Alzheimer’s. Because if you eat enough of it you’ll die young from colon cancer.
