If Indians were not to be counted in the census, then by the same logic other noncitizens should not be counted. They are not taxed like citizens. They do not count in the census. Is there some update to the US Constitution that I am missing?

What they've done in the past..send people out to ask people the questions...AND others will send the form in. I was on the phone group that would call the people who started the form and didn't finish. (It was the first time Washington permitted a phone completion. I was monitored and I had a script. If I was being monitored at the time and said hello twice...one point was taken off of my evaluation.)

That mentioned listing EVERYONE living in that home/garage. I then had to repeat everyone's name I listed. AND I couldn't ask if they were legal (I even had to say..WE don't care if your legal or not)and that was in 2000.
