It wasn’t until last night, when I read Neon Revolt’s outing of the Italian Silent Ones and their attempt to plant false evidence on US servers to “bust” Trump as guilty in Hillary’s hack, that the “Insurance Policy” angle made any sense.
An insurance policy is a fall back/last ditch option.
The dossier was a fall back from what? The election?
Had to be something else.
Now we know.
