Use up Saturn’s rings in 100 years? That’d be quite a mining operation. Saturn’s rings are estimated to be (1.54 ± 0.49)×10^19 kg.
Saturn’s rings are expected to “rain out” onto the planet anyway, in 100 million to 300 million years, IIRC.
