Subject: Travel pool #6 — Resch Center

Motorcade to the Resch Center was uneventful. Pool saw just one apparently anti-Trump sign on the way in, a plain black and white placard on a stick that read: “No one is above the law.”

The Beast peeled off at the first loading dock area and pool did not see POTUS get out.

The arena is packed. Listed capacity is 9,877. Everything appears full except the luxury boxes, which are not in use. The floor is standing-room, with nearly all of the available space occupied.

The crowd is chanting “Trump! Trump! Trump!” as the Rolling Stones play.

Your pool understands that Diamond & Silk warmed up the crowd before the traveling press arrived. One local journalists informs your pooler that the duo was “lit.”

As Elton John played, former Gov. Scott Walker walked in with Brian Steil. Pockets of cheers rang out and a few hundred people waved. Walker waved back and smiled gamely.

We’re awaiting POTUS.

Your pooler attaches three photos of the people who wore “RUSSIA” hats to greet POTUS on the Green Bay airport tarmac.

Subject: Travel pool #8 — Speech begins

POTUS entered the arena at 8:21 p.m. to the usual Lee Greenwood tune and a deafening roar of “USA! USA! USA!”

The speech is open press and widely livestreamed but your pooler will try to send along anything that makes news.

POTUS is beginning his speech at 8:24 p.m.: “Unbelievable! Hello Green Bay! Unbelievable!”

He hat-tips the Green Bay Packers, and we’re off and running.

Subject: Travel pool #13 — Rally conclusion

After 1 hour and 24 minutes, President Trump wrapped up with his usual “Make America [INSERT WORD HERE] Again” litany.

Your pooler sprinted down a back corridor with the rest of the traveling press and piled franticly into three waiting vans, only to end up waiting for the motorcade to form.

Pool did not see POTUS leave the arena or climb into The Beast.

We’re rolling for the airport at 8:59 p.m. CDT (9:59 p.m. EDT)

Subject: Travel pool #14 — AF1 boarding and wheels up

After a dark and bumpy ride, your pooler arrived at the Green Bay airport and clambered aboard AF1 at 9:08 p.m. local time.

Pool saw POTUS board the plane, in silhouette. He waved once and then did a broad, sweeping wave swiveling his body from tail to cockpit.

AF1 is expected to taxi soon and take off for JBA.

The president deplaned Air Force One at 11:54 p.m. holding a black umbrella over his head in a steady drizzle. He waved at the bottom of the steps but did not respond to a shouted question about the now-infamous New York Times cartoon.

POTUS and senior staff boarded Marine One, which took off at 12:01 a.m.

Your pooler regrets misnumbering the previous report as 15 instead of 16.
