Remember NEVER own or buy Leed buildings! His friend bought one for his work and it was cold in the winter and hot in the summer and he couldn't do anything about it. Environment building are worthless...no wonder they're cheap. He told his friend..I wish you would have talked to me before you decided to buy this horrible building.
