Good morning Trump Train. (afternoon for left coasters)
I had to Google a date to recall my memory of the Orient Express. It was 1976 not 75. I was a young Army grunt stationed in Germany since ‘72. The Army base travel office was promoting a trip to the Winter Olympics in Innsbruck Austria. A friend and I bought tickets to see the bobsled run and hopped a bus with other military and their families. The Olympic Village atmosphere was fantastic. We watched our event, but when it was time to board the bus to return we were having too much fun to go. We missed the bus and continued to party. If memory serves me it was like 3am when we went to the Train station to find a way back. We were told the Orient Express was coming through from Bucarest and would go as far as Zurich where we could catch a train to Munich and then back to Stuttgart. The train was a special operated by the Swiss who had bought original cars to run the old route from Istanbul to Zurich. We shared our private room with a woman from Budapest who was anxious to practice her English. We walked through the dining car but did not eat there. It was a short time on the train like 2 hours? But it was magical. “Orient Express was written on the outside of train and I remember feeling like time had gone backwards when I stepped on.
The train only runs between Vienna and Paris today.

Home. DRs office was fast. Stopped at Walmart for light compression socks and bought way too many plants. Then stopped at a couple more greenhouses.

Took paperwork for shoes to pharmacy and physician and called endocrinologist office. Listened to WaVE describe the derby events all morning. That’s on my bucket list. Have been to the Downs but not for a BIG race.

Stopped For a slice of pizza I’m exhausted.

When my Spring started out with asthma my doctor wanted me on a maintenance program. I was using my Ventolin a lot during the day. It has always been helpful but she wanted me to have a daily inhaler for always. I told myself I wasn't going to do both inhalers until the asthma got better. So I started the new Symbicort inhaler alone a couple weeks ago. Not a week later the vision problem started. Unfortunately it didn't dawn on me an inhaler has such bad side effects. In a week a different maintenance inhaler will be suggested again. So to answer your question...sorry for the long answer...lol
