Was it a rally or a required union event? Did the people there get free transportation? Were they being paid their usual wages during the rally? Inquiring minds want to know.
If C-Span covered it, Biden's crowd looked the same as Trump's. C-Span zoomed in so tight on the President that you could see only about 20 people behind him. I watched the WHC Dinner and C-Span does know how to pan the audience. In fact, they did just that intermittantly during the speaker and for about 18 minutes after the event formally ended.
Is it because the elite people at the WHCD rate being on TV, but the deplorables in flyover country do not? Actually, I believe that the close in pictures of Trump rallies are to make the criwds seem the same as at Dem rallies.

Former union member (private trade union) chiming in-
The hall will typically hold a big feed and raffle after the big show, and charter buses to the event. We weren’t paid outright cash, but, what’s the term... basically in-kind donations abounded. Plus, we would take part, or all of the day off (unpaid) and who don’t mind a day off of work when the weather is good?
The public unions, however... can burn a vacation or personal day, and not miss any pay, even if they aren’t paid outright to attend.

Complete waste of time and laughable. Lacked a sarcasm tag!
Thankfully it is only a recommendation, kind of like a city’s building commission rejecting a particular building plan, only to be overturned by a city council’s approval at the monthly city council meeting.
It’s an abomination, and I would be firing Horowitz and Wray yesterday!
Just as there is a doomsday clock, there should be a hot civil war II clock. The OIG report moved the minute hand closer to midnight.
Horowitz is an embarrassment.
