Mark tells his story of an attacker with knife was attacking people. He went to vehicle and grabbed his gun. At about 15 feet he let him have it with his carbine. Man had decapitated a co worker and was in the process of doing it again when Mark stopped him. Very compassionate appreciation to President for standing with the NRA

Truly empowering women. THAT should be part of a large PR campaign. I do not understand why it isn’t promoted that a woman with a gun can fend off a rapist, a black person with a gun can fend off the KKK.

If you only chest breathe, you do not get the oxygen into your blood stream, which keeps your oxygen levels low and keeps your energy level low.
When you lay down to relax, put you hand on your belly, if it goes up and down like watching a puppy sleep, you are breathing correctly.
