The first lady walked the Colonnade about 10:45 toward the Oval.
Trump opened talking about the stock market and the economy. And the opioid crisis.

FLOTUS steppes on stage at about 1:43pm and spoke for just over 3 minutes.
This is a very rough transcript please as always check against official remarks.
I have seen firsthand both the medical and the person results of this crisis.
I have visited hospitals and treatments centers around the country...we will continue to raise awareness of the dangers of opioids to unborn babies....committed to supporting more treatment facilities...committed to replacing the bond of addiction with the bond of love...
One of the three pillars of [BE BEST] is addressing the opioid epidemic...together, we are making real progress to help people recover, to support families, and to heal our nation.
My husband is here today because he cares deeply about what you are doing to help the millions of Americans affected by the opioid epidemic.
FLOTUS then introduced POTUS to Lee Greenwoods God Bless the USA at 1:46p.

WiFi was extremely unreliable for me, so here are some key bits of the speech, with thanks for help from Eliana Johnson @Politico. For full remarks please see the transcript that will come from the White House.
The first lady came on first, speaking for less than three minutes.
Key quotes from Melania Trump:
“As first lady, much of my focus has been on addressing the terrible toll.”
“I have seen first hand boththe medical and the personal results of this crisis.”
“Replace the bond of addiction with the bond of love.”
“My husband is here today because he cares deeply about what you are doing to help the millions of Americans affected by the opioid epidemic.”
Then she introduced President Trump who came on stage to his MAGA campaign rally intro song “God Bless the USA.”
Key quotes from Trump:
“Today I’m honored to join the thousands of leaders, that’s what you are — leaders.”
“Everyone here today is united by the same vital goal: to liberate our fellow Americans from the grip of drug addiction and to end the opioid crisis once and for all.”
“We will never stop until our job is done”
“we’re making tremendous progress.”
Sad. Is she guarded with you? Or is the case that she spews all her stuff, but you try to keep peace by not giving your point of view?
That is how I used to be, but no more. I find if I come back, they stop spewing.
I think this page belongs to Isaiah J Peoples’s brother.
his message “Life is never gonna be the same now”
