Too much red tape and DS getting in their way to actually do a good investigation. JW can sit back and gather the crumbs from other people and then go from there. Pretty much what we do here. One seems to start something and we all tend to go in our own directions and somehow we gather the different pieces from the people we follow. I just think we have worked together for so long we automatically work as a team.
