It is apparant that they mistakenly assumed republican presidents had two obligations to them:

1. To be the star attendee at their affair, elevating it in importance by giving it the cachet of a presidential event

2. To sit quietly, grinning like caged buffoons, while democrat pigs dumped manure on them all night long

By not attending the event President Trump (and his administration officials) relegate the one-time premier event
to what it really is at heart - just another Libtard "Aren't We Smart, Beautiful And Wonderful?" self adoring bore-fest.
