And the US Attorney who empaneled that grand jury can SEAL that indictment and hold it and wait until they want to unseal it.

But aside from the fact the DOJ *never made a public announcement about it*, we found out McCabe is/was being investigated by a grand jury for his leaking. And when we found this out in Sept. of last year, that GJ had been investigating McCabe for months to that point.

Note the claim 'no emails were recovered' from the Blackberry accounts. Because it's claimed the 'service providers' did not keep any records or copies of them. Sure bro.

More Judicial Watch's release today also highlights the fact 49,000 Clinton emails were found on the Weiner laptop. Gee, kinda funny how that laptop keeps popping up, isn't it? 🤔

Now, don't miss this: Hillary had all Sec State work-related emails under Congressional subpoena when she defied that subpoena, erased over 30k emails and wiped/destroyed the server & multiple devices. BUT the Weiner laptop has 49,000 Clinton *server* emails on it.

"The FBI also admitted nearly 49,000 Clinton server emails were reviewed as result of a search warrant for her material on the laptop of Anthony Weiner." So US Attorneys looking to this don't have just ONE source for HRC emails besides the private server; they have TWO sources.

And if EITHER of those two sources for HRC emails besides the private server show she was sending classified info up to and including SAP's over that server and 2 Blackberrys and also storing them on an unencrypted unsecure laptop...and she erased the server emails showing that?

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump’s attorney, Jay Sekulow, says Loretta Lynch used the alias ‘Elizabeth Carlisle’ for official emails as attorney general, including those related to her infamous tarmac meeting last summer with former President Bill Clinton.

Sekulow, who serves as special counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice, slammed Lynch’s Department of Justice for trying to cover up and control the media’s narrative about the meeting and Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

Sekulow also pointed out the holes in former FBI Director James Comey’s story and his claims he went public about Lynch’s meeting because of his duty to justice.

The Lynch emails were part of more than 400 pages of Justice Department documents provided to the ACLJ and the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.

“We’ve put a timeline together of this entire event,” Sekulow said. “It takes place about over 72 hours. The Department of Justice and the FBI all became involved in this and they were in a bit of a panic mode on how to respond. They knew they were caught in this in what was clearly not an appropriate meeting.”

Top federal officials using email aliases is not illegal or new. Others in the former Obama administration also used them, citing security concerns and spam to their official email addresses swamping their inboxes.

The Lynch emails were part of more than 400 pages of Justice Department documents provided to the ACLJ and the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.

However, critics of the practice argue that such aliases can result in some requested emails to and from officials going undetected.

The Lynch documents were provided to the group in connection with lawsuits seeking information about the June 27, 2016, meeting between Lynch and former President Clinton on the tarmac of a Phoenix airport. Clinton left his private plane and boarded Lynch’s uninvited.

The meeting came amid an FBI investigation into whether Clinton’s wife, then the Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, had revealed classified information when using private email servers while secretary of state.

In the subsequent fallout, Lynch said that they talked about grandchildren and other matters but that the investigation was not discussed.

About a week after the controversial tarmac meeting, then FBI Director Comey concluded the case by saying Clinton was “extremely careless” but recommended the Justice Department not pursue criminal charges.

Even so, Lynch later said she “regrets” having allowed the meeting.

Her attorney, Robert Raben, told news agencies Monday that Justice Department staffers who process Freedom of Information Act requests are aware of the ‘Elizabeth Carisle’ alias. He also said the agency acknowledged in February 2016 that Lynch was using the alias.

I read accounts of both Boeing Max 737 crashes, and immediately suspected the pilots were unable to turn off the stall feature manually & the plane kept taking control back from them over & over. Looks like I was right.

The pilots kept THINKING they'd just taken control of the aircraft back but they really hadn't. The software kept reasserting itself and turning the anti-stall protocol right back on.

Due to a broken/faulty sensor, the plane's SOFTWARE is convinced the plane is stalling; you correct that by putting the nose down and diving. The PILOTS know the plane isn't stalling, they end up briefly managing to force the plane's nose up...until the software reasserts.

This explains the motions of the plane in the air, the sudden diving, then the plane nose coming up for a few seconds as the pilots fought for control but then the plane's software took control back from them and put the nose down in another dive...over and over.
