I was wondering, this morning, where are all of the Republican Reps and Senators lining up to support POTUS, now that the nothing burger Mueller report is out? They can stop hiding behind the fake report, now that it's public.

I checked the Twitter feeds of Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and my other "R" Senator, Cornyn.

McConnell put out a VERY weak statement saying now that the report is out, we will review it, carefully.

Seriously, Midge??? That's it??? That's all you've got under that turtle shell?

Sen Ted Cruz tweets NOTHING about POTUS/Mueller report. NOTHING that I can find.

I did find a 'quote', from Cruz, tweeted by @GOP.....again, lame and shameful....when they could all be saying and doing MUCH more, to support POTUS....

I am SO sick and tired of these namby pamby, career dough-boy politicians (talking to YOU Ted Cruz and others.....been dining out on our tax $$ a little too much, haven't you?) staying silent against all of the Dem manufactured accusations and hate, being constantly hurled at our POTUS.

Compare this pitiful republican support of President Trump with the way democrats swarm like a million angry hornets in support of every act, word and issue that affects a democrat and how they swarm to attack anything that might be a positive for a republican.

Going into the White House President Trump knew he would have the democrats, the press and some of the federal bureaucracy to fight.

But he had a right to expect that his own party would have his back and support him.
What he got it turned, was that that many republicans actively opposed him or ignored him and left him out on his own.

Even the party leadership like former speaker Ryan!

And they still do not rally to the defense of their own president or even their own party and agenda.

Think how much more he could have accomplished if republicans had been on his side instead of cutting deals with the devil (as John McCain did with his vote that saved Obamacare).
