‘Shadowy’ dark money network behind left-wing causes exposed in new report
An expansive network of “shadowy” dark money donors has grown to rival the influence of the conservative Koch network — pumping millions into left-wing causes ranging from health care to climate change to abortion — all while flying well under the radar of public scrutiny, according to an explosive new report obtained by Fox News.
The report, by conservative watchdog Capital Research Center, describes a band of nonprofits operating under the banner of Washington-based philanthropy company Arabella Advisors. Those “pop up groups” are housed in four Arabella-controlled “sister” nonprofits, according to the report: the New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Hopewell Fund and Windward Fund.
“Together, these groups form an interlocking network of ‘dark money’ pop-up groups and other fiscally sponsored projects, all afloat in a half-billion-dollar ocean of cash,” the report says. “The real puppeteer, though, is Arabella Advisors, which has managed to largely conceal its role in coordinating so much of the professional Left’s infrastructure under a mask of ‘philanthropy.’”
The report says the “hydra-like” network brought in $1.6 billion between 2013 and 2017 “to advance the political policies desired by wealthy left-wing interests,” as the network’s revenues grew by 392 percent. The four Arabella-controlled “sister” groups brought in $582 million in 2017 alone, according to the report. If the four groups were a single entity, it would make them the 22nd largest public charity in America, with higher revenues than the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), Planned Parenthood or the Clinton Foundation.
“The size and scope of the Arabella network of funds demonstrates far more ‘dark money’ exists on the left side of the political spectrum than has been previously admitted,” the report says.

Hard to tell what they mean by that line what we know. I refer to the 5 W's of investigative journalism (from my high school newspaper days) of what we possibly know. We have many answers to Who, What, Where, and Why for many things going on in the world today behind the scenes because of the Q drops. We're still waiting on some of the answers to When but we'll understand that as it happens. FWIW, As corrupt as our media has become, I'm glad I didn't go down that career path.

No rulings published (yet) today in the NXIVM case. I think there are 8 or 9 that the judge still needs to address. His most recent ruling was to deny Kathy Russell's motion to dismiss.

Prosecutors made a filing with the judge asking him to admit into evidence a list of uncharged-crimes. These are crimes that the Prosecutors will use to show the jury the types of criminal activities NXIVM and DOS were doing that support the racketeering charges. The 44-page pdf is called Document 414 and is here. Document 414. I like that. Sounds ominous.
Document 414 is an interesting read. In pre-trial motions, the defendants argued that there was no evidence to support a 'criminal enterprise'. With this document, the prosecution argues that, because of the defendants' pre-trial arguments, they must be allowed to present evidence of a whole bunch of crimes that prove just that. That's some legal kung-fu Bagster would be proud of.
Lots of mentions of cooperating witnesses. That's encouraging. It looks like there will be a parade of John and Jane Does who were wronged by the cult.
Now for the best part. Among the raft of uncharged crimes is illegally bundling campaign donations. NXIVM was trying to buy the influence of a presidential candidate through dirty money. Who? hillary! No not that election. The first one she lost to hussein. NXIVM did this at the suggestion of a NY pol who has already pled guilty to other kickback and bundling schemes. (Steve Pigeon?)

Naturally, no indication that candidate hillary knew the money was illegal. Only about $60k that is known, so the beast probably wouldn't have blinked at that small bling.
As I've been predicting, this case will creep closer and closer to dem politicians!

This is the way that the RATS ran the Congress in the good ol' days; they would tell the pubbies that there was no need for them to show up because they were going to run everything anyway. Cummings apparently used testimony from a recent committee appearance of William Cohen, testimony likely coached by a secret meeting of Cohen with Adam Schiff's staff in NY prior to his appearance.
Rep. Jim Jordan told Cummings, “Your ability to function as a fair and unbiased finder of fact is now at grave risk..." This is the same Elijah Cummings who recently told his fans that the Republican Party was the party of slavery.
