It is indeed. I went out and read that when someone here posted a link to the NEON article. Whoever NEON is, one thing he is not is lazy. He's like a Jack Russel when he tears into something and gets his information out very quickly.

We will be appreciating NEON's effort here to expose Buttigieg more and more as time passes. Having NEON's information in mind, I went out and looked at some pics of this Caucasian Obama, and from his appearance and resume it's easy to see why this stealth candidate will slip through a lot of radar arrays.

OTOH, also with NEON's dig in mind, some of Buttigieg's pictures peg my creep meter, such as:
