I have heard it is unwise to stand at the base of El Capitan in Yosemite and look up. Climbers scaling that sheer rock face used to crap in paper bags and drop it and it went straight down and landed at the base of the cliff. I can’t imagine what it smelled like around there but it must have been pretty rank.
