Actually, Graham will have to process them first through the Senate Judiciary Committee. Then they go to Turtle.

Turtle has filed cloture on four judges.

One cloture vote is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 11:00 am on one of the judges.

The cloture votes for the other three have not been announced.

Then all four have to have a confirmation vote.
