But the new guy was appointed to CBP by Obama. Yes, and from the link Exit posted, he has done a lot of lawyering. Maybe he can "lawyer" around the insane immigration laws, but we need somebody who can get the job done. We are going in a tougher direction, right?

2) More Immigration Judges + Steps to End Catch & Release As you mentioned the other day, Kobach wants to move surplus trailers to the border, detain the illegals & hold their trials at the border. Then ship them out.
He didn't mention catapulting them back over the border, but I think that would be a nice touch.
