The Military Commissions Act of 2006 was passed to “authorize trial by military commission for violations of the law of war, and for other purposes.” (Wikipedia) The Senate Judiciary Committee doesn’t waste its time on LARPs.

From the perspective of Federal law, an American citizen is not tried by a military commission. The Military Commissions Act of 2006 (updated 2009) only applies to aliens.

However, the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution (Article 6, Paragraph 2) states that the Constitution trumps all. In other words, where there is a conflict between the Supreme Court and Congress, the SC wins.

Military detention of American citizens engaged in hostilities against their own country is authorized - no question.

The precedent goes back to 1942 - American traitors for Germany who narrowly escaped being executed.

Some would argue that it goes back further (as we discussed yesterday in connection with the Spanish-American War). The bottom line is, #QAnon (and @POTUS) are telling you the truth. Traitors can be detained by the military and they can be tried by the military. Period.

Don’t be distracted by AOC. They aren’t showing the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on the media. Ask why.

Ask yourself, does anybody seriously debate Q’s (@POTUS) main points?

- CIA/FBI need reform

- Child sex trafficking is a plague

- Media is mostly biased and fake

- We need to be united not divided

- Reject identity politics

- Drain the swamp

- Be proud to be American!

Ask yourself why do “they” always want the FBI to investigate (Kavanaugh, Smollett)? Why is CIA (Brennan) their spokesperson? Why are they constantly fearful of Constitutional law and so focused on controlling the justices of the Supreme Court?

Why are military tribunals for American citizens such a concern, anyway? (Not even detention - Dems love to silence their political enemies- so crickets.)

Finally the most basic question of all: Why is it that the media claim sole jurisdiction over the topic of the day, but they never seem to cover the topics that would threaten people in positions of power?
