Liberal billionaire George Soros gave $408,000 to a super PAC for Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx - the prosecutor whose office dropped all felony charges against Empire actor Jussie Smollett for allegedly staging a hate crime against himself. In a shocking move announced on Tuesday, prosecutors decided to drop all 16 felony charges against the left-wing Hollywood star.
