I believe this Kim Foxx was the woman who stood in the lobby of the court house and laid out the DA’s case point by point the day Smollett was arrested everyone was quite astounded a prosecutor would do this at the time!! What the HELL happened to the case SHE broadcasted point by point!!!

No matter what happened with Trump, he was going to get off. They may have pushed the event up to this particular day as an F-U to conservatives, but it was going to happen. The day he was arrested I told someone he’d never be convicted on anything more than a misdemeanor. The felonies were never going to happen. It was clear that once the case got out of the police’s hands and into the hands of elected officials in that state, it was going to be sh*tcanned one way or another. The fact that it wasn’t done with a plea agreement though, is a clear political statement in the culture war to signal this prosecutor is “on the side” of “minorities.”
