Freshman U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., has become known to many Americans for her anti-Semitic remarks, but when she ran for a state legislative seat in 2016 and Congress last year, she was confronted with charges that she had committed immigration fraud by marrying her brother.
Omar vehemently denies the claim, and her suppression of records has hindered any official verification. Nevertheless, investigations by conservative media outlets PJ Media and Alpha News have uncovered evidence that even the Associated Press has found compelling.
One week after Omar became the first Somali-American elected to a state legislature, an anonymous post appeared on a Somali community discussion site claiming the man to whom she was married at the time, Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, was her brother.

Another perspective: Brother or not, are they still married, or did they divorce following his receipt of a green card? That’s a pretty sure indicator, if it happened thus, of a form of immigration fraud, a felony, but one that’s hardly ever charged due to cowardice on the part of immigration attorneys and AUSA’s. So, if it was also her brother, that multiplies the criminality - and downright filth - of the whole charade.

Glen Beck reported on this a few days ago. The sworn document was from her divorce proceedings. Curiously, her brother now lives in Britain. So that makes one wonder whether the purpose of the sham marriage would have been to get HER a green card. In either case, it is perjury, since she clearly lied.
Every time anybody questions her or any other Muslims in the US, she responds with her “minority” card, citing religion, race, immigrant, etc.

ILHAN OMAR: THE FAMILY THAT STAYS TOGETHER
We have been following David Steinberg’s investigative reports on Minnesota Fifth District DFL congressional candidate Ilhan Omar’s apparent marriage to her brother. The Fifth District being one-party territory, Omar will be elected to Congress on November 6. Osama bin Laden could make it there with the DFL endorsement.
Digging into Omar’s curious case from out of state, Steinberg has embarrassed the Star Tribune — assuming there is a reporter or editor over there with the slightest bit of professional pride. See, for example, my recent posts “Ilhan Omar’s ‘disgusting lies’” (October 23), “Omens of Omar” (October 24) and “Well, alright!” (October 27).
Today Steinberg returns with the follow-up report “Address Records Show Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) Still Lived With Her First Husband Throughout Marriage To Her Apparent Brother.” Steinberg emailed Omar to request her comment five days ago. As usual, Omar has declined comment while continuing to refuse interviews on the subject(s). Except at the Star Tribune, someone might almost begin to think she’s got some serious wrongdoing to hide.

if her brother moved to London, then is he there as an American green-card/passport holder who cannot work in England, or has he applied for British citizenship?
