Another perspective: Brother or not, are they still married, or did they divorce following his receipt of a green card? That’s a pretty sure indicator, if it happened thus, of a form of immigration fraud, a felony, but one that’s hardly ever charged due to cowardice on the part of immigration attorneys and AUSA’s. So, if it was also her brother, that multiplies the criminality - and downright filth - of the whole charade.
Glen Beck reported on this a few days ago. The sworn document was from her divorce proceedings. Curiously, her brother now lives in Britain. So that makes one wonder whether the purpose of the sham marriage would have been to get HER a green card. In either case, it is perjury, since she clearly lied.
Every time anybody questions her or any other Muslims in the US, she responds with her “minority” card, citing religion, race, immigrant, etc.
