My reading-between-the-lines interpretation is that it says the FB moderators who were supposed to stomp on conservative/conspiracy posts ended up being persuaded by them.

Ransomnote has counseled us and many of us have learned that ignoring is the best. But there is the other option. We have designated bagster as our Artist Troll Battler. He is (mostly) able to stay out of Troll Battler jail.
But it is often the case that his artistry is so excellent, and the trolls so outrageous that there is a veritable chorusing of other FReeQs joining in.
