I'm no real estate mogul, but that's just a common street in a non-descript section of the city. Unless there is some "bullet train" connection or something. Hey, that might be it. I think the gay ass bullet train is scheduled to come through Fresno or the area. Maybe that's where its going or something is scheduled to be built there.

Though I don't see them putting train tracks through the middle of town, so I'm probly talking out my...back hole?

Anyway. That's really all I can see that would make that piece of property important enough for Wighat to own.

But just knowing what I know about the area, unless there is some HUGE improvement coming that would raise its value, it's quite common and uneventful.

I'm gonna have to lay eyes on any structures there. Maybe its a secret lair for her army of derps, or she keeps her stolen booty there in an underground complex.
