Glad somebody else is aware of this. My understanding is the same as your’s. The rules in this appropriation bill expire on Sept. 30, 2019 and are only tied to the funding within it. So if Trump does not use the fencing money the bill has in it during that time nothing in it would apply to his Emergency Declaration. It only applies to the 55 miles they are paying for and I think a case could be made for overriding it with the NED.

We have decided in my little group that McCabe is looking to get out of the death penalty by stating all this now. He wants to be the KingPin that throws them all under the bus to get special treatment. Nothing else makes sense for why he would admit to treason/sedation.

We are thinking it was a deal with Whitaker and Trump. I think there is a higher price on his head then on the El Chapo whistle blowers at the moment because more money, political control and political appointments are on the line. If he says nothing he’s a dead man without protection, if he works with us he gets protection and an out on the death penalty is our guess. Of course we could be wrong... LOL

He certainly needs protection. And we only think we know most everything. Gosh...no telling what all went on...I think even the hint of assassination..it wouldn't surprise me.
