And just for luck, Q, at the end of that old post, points out that there are derps in both parties.

My grandmother told my mother who passed it on to me, always empty your boots when you get up in the morning in case the scorpions decided to hide in them at day break. I get it. Q was being attacked.

But this statement taken as a dictum will not cut the mustard, as frontal attack is not generally the most effective.

As I illustrated before, POTUS does not follow this prescription; rather he attacks the most strategic points ... often just setting them up for the kill shots as they rush to defend what are often not the real targets.

We should not underestimate our enemies. Good way to lose.

Trump used the phrase "Think of your duties" with China. That translated to Italian as "Pensare al Dazi Vostri" Duties in this respect mean tariffs.

Excellent! I bet you learned a whole bunch more than Occasional Cortex did in college. Unhappily, in 1965 I graduated from Occasional Cortex University - then called Boston University - and they failed to educate me also - which I told them at the time. I bet NDSU does a better education than Bahstin - BC, Harvard, MIT, BU... etc.

I attended a little brick 3-room school house in the Appalachian Mtns in the early 50's; the main room housed the 5th - 8th grades; in the 7th we studied Greek and in the 8th we studied Latin - I still use them somewhat today. Why can't kids today learn ENGLISH?!
