From what I remember, and I’ve read all the Q drops but forgot plenty, what to speak of not understanding who knows how many, I don’t remember Q ever saying that RR and Mule are black or white hats. If one is black, the other is. That’s for sure he said.
The rest is, to me, purposely ambiguous and in the dark shade. Q wants to keep the derps in the dark.
To me that says “they’re white hats or leveraged to the eyebrows”, plus many other hints, actions (and non-actions), and things Q has said, and what Trump is saying and doing, I am 99.999% sure they are white or leveraged.

I needed a refresher course.

The attacks on institutions like churches are to create distrust and make room for new authority.
The takeover of education funding, healthcare, etc. is to make people dependent and controlled by government.
The country has been bled dry financially to weaken it to the point where a new order can be established and welcomed.
Now we know Soros is involved in financing and fomenting discord... but to what end?
We see the similarity Q has noted between Antifa and the historic Antifascist Party. Not a coincidence.
They are using the successful patterns from history to attack us.
This brings me to the question I began with...
Why do the deep state players travel abroad?
Kerry, Hillary, etc.
Yes there was access to intelligence, but that was ended... officially.
Lenin organized the underpinnings of the Bolsheviks (which became the Communist Party), while in exile - while directing a party in Russia.
I am speculating the deep State players are organizing their take-over of government while overseas, where there is freedom to communicate, share intelligence, and coordinate with our enemies.
Coordinating with Obama in DC.
(My own speculation here. I could be wrong. It happened once in the 70s.)
And to close, this is why Q is saying this is bigger than you know. Not a game. Lives on the line every day.
We’ve been sold out by these traitors. Obama was successful at taking over the levers of power and severely hurting our country, but the job was not complete. Kerry tried and failed. Hillary tried and failed.
Listening to the crop of potential demonrat Presidential nominees, it sounds as if they are trying out to be chosen as the one to carry the message and complete the task.
Do not assume any of this is by chance or only personal ambition.
Trump was a wildcard, and to me gives credence to the idea that our military recruited him to be the point man. Why there is a very complex plan to right the ship.
And sadly, why there are no guarantees that it will be completed or continue and not revert. We have this cycle in history where independence movements have risen up.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) issued a statement Friday night accusing President Donald Trump of being blackmailed by Russian President Vladimir Putin into undermining NATO.

Pelosi has a duty to immediately move to open impeachment proceedings against President Trump if she truly believes he is being blackmailed into doing the bidding of Vladimir Putin. If she doesn’t then it will be clear she is smearing Trump in a most despicable manner to cripple his presidency.

If it’s Rosatom, then what would have happened in the lower court is that a US prosecutor is looking into Uranium 1. The subpoenaed party, Rosatam and Russia, was the one that requested redactions, and the court granted it. The lower court ordered compliance with the subpoenas, and there was an appeal. The US said it doesn’t care about the redactions.
It’s plausible, but I don’t think it’s the most likely scenario of what’s going on in that case.

I think your thoughts are very close to the mark or hitting in the bullseye. Effing Kerry said at Davos (what little I read as a quote) that Trump was basically destroying the country and he will tell him that he has to resign.
There is a war in many countries by commiepuke globalist criminals who want to rule the entire world. They have indeed made huge inroads especially in the areas you mention, and all kinds of foundations, trusts, non-profits, the media, NGOs, the UN of course, educational systems - almost all colleges and universities, and so on and so forth.
They teamed up with mohammedans to use them as attack dogs to destabilize, demoralize and de-sovereignize Europe and the US, as well as destroy culture and heritage and demographics.
If Trump had not won, they would have succeeded, unless a mil coup had taken place.
One difficulty they had and have is the majority of Americans (and citizens of many other countries) do not want their program, and THANKFULLY Americans are heavily armed, and the Military is not wholly infected and in fact the majority of the Mil is not infected.
And the tech spying networks used by 0bola and his hencheeps has been taken over by Trump’s good guys.
