Almost ALL Federal employees have an intense dislike for conservatives. Never forget that.

This article posting gives me fear, but it must be said. I have worked for the Federal government and know for a fact that Federal employees, almost all of them, have an intense dislike for conservatives and Trump in particular. They may come after me and probably will in some form or fashion, but someone has to make a sacrifice to get the truth out.

If people could only see what it is like on the inside, they would be in shock at the hatred harbored for everyday Americans. Those in supervisory positions absolutely will not tolerate ANYONE challenging their power and are far more ruthless than ordinary bosses. If ordinary Americans are suffering some kind of loss either through disaster or income, the government does not care. The only action taken to help anyone is through force of law or demand, not from a genuine desire to help anyone. The only thought is "How is this going to help ME if I do something for someone else."

The Democrat leadership, and Federal supervisors, care absolutely nothing about the common American citizen OR Federal worker and only are concerned about their own power. Thus, they do not care if Federal workers are not paid, but only about achieving political gains. They also do not care anything at all about the illegal aliens or blacks or anyone else and only advocate for them to further their own power.

If only I could get protection, I could reveal FAR more about what is going on. However, I've discovered in the past that no one is going to step forward and protect me for telling the truth.

Yes or no, would you take voting rights away from the military?

No, active duty military votes should count triple. They are not EMPLOYEES at all and being in the military is not a JOB. You can't order someone at a job to attack an enemy position and possibly die.

The FedGov civilian workfacre is another story. They should be disenfranchised.

I don't belong to the Federal Employees Union and never have. Everyone who works on Fort Hood knows where I stand politically ... there are enough bumper stickers on my car to make that clear (the most prominent ones reading: "Democrats are National Socialists" and "ANTIFA: The New Leftist Sturmabteilung"). I have an autographed portrait of Ronald Reagan prominently displayed on the wall of my office, which I received years ago while I was in the military, on leave, and working at a Reagan campaign stop.

The Union Rep for my directorate has always refused to enter my office because of that portrait, preferring to deal with me over the phone or by email. Any time that she had to approach me for face-to-face office business, she would always stand outside the room and talk to me through the doorway.

So there is that benefit to being a recognized NRA-lifetime member and an anti-progressive/liberal/commie Conservative ...

Makes sense, conservatives are opposed to big government, so big government employees are threatened.

Yes I'm a postal worker and a union member, but I'm conservative. Some of my fellow employees are too. One time my union's magazine urged a vote for Kerry over W, IIRC, and (we had the war on terror going on) it was said "don't let arguments about national security sway you to vote Republican..."

This union originally endorsed Bernie in '16.

Postal News, 2015:
>>“Yet, the Postal Service is under constant and vicious attack,” he said. “As a matter of fact, the same billionaires who want to privatize Social Security, Medicare, and public education, also want to privatize the Postal Service." “Why is that?” Sanders asked. “The answer is simple. The wealthy and the powerful see an opportunity for Wall Street and corporate America to make billions in profits out of these services, and couldn’t care less how privatization or a degradation of services affects ordinary Americans. That is unacceptable and we cannot let them get away with that.”

“You didn’t answer my question. Would you take voting rights from the military?”

Your question gets to the heart of things; the problem is not that government workers get to vote - they should get to vote like any tax paying citizen.

The problem is that a only few parts of the government are serving legitimate (constitutional) roles, while most are not.

So, those serving legitimate roles, like the military, should of course get to vote.

As for the vast majority of government workers who perform functions outside the roles enumerated by the constitution - they should be fired, their agencies and departments shut down, and they should go find honest work in the private sector.

But even these people should get to vote - the problem isn’t that they vote - the problem is that they work for the government serving functions that the government has no business doing - that are unconstitutional.

The class of people who should not be allowed to vote are those living off of government subsistence - it is insane that they can vote - eventually they will vote themselves all of the money.

Note: I’m not talking about social security and other government forced savings plans. I don’t favor social security, but since I was forced to pay into it all my life, I’ll take the monthly check, thank you very much. And what I’m getting isn’t near what I’d have if I hadn’t been forced to pay into it all those years.

Well you should understand that a huge number of the gun owners in the United States support the military and do not support the progressives who want to disarm the population and impose their socialist dictatorship. A move by the military if required to remove them would be supported.

It would be interesting to know just how many fed employees were replaced and new positions created and filled in the 8 years of obama.

I also wonder if maybe leftists have been burrowing into fedgov for decades like they’ve done with education.

90% + in fedgov
90% + in major city gov
96% + in higher edu
96% + in msm
maybe 60% in public primary edu
94% + in entertainment
96% + in tech

50% +- of voters

I don’t see how we win. Next time we have a dem prez and both houses, say hello to socialism and onward to communism since they’re all power hungry crooks. The only thing that might save us is if President Trump gets to choose two more SC Justices.

I always wonder if it doesn’t have a lot to do with public service unions, which I think should not be allowed.

The author is exactly correct. I worked as a contractor for the DOE for over 30 years. My experience is that almost every management or office type federal employee was liberal and VERY anti conservative. They truly hate Republicans. Almost everyone of the field teams (I mean bomb techs, field trainers and people who have dangerous jobs) are conservative and have almost to a person been in the military. Our people putting together work proposals had to be very careful to not appear conservative. If they screwed up their work and proposal would be sent to the Libs at the Pacific Northwest National lab. Those lying Bastards and the Deloitte Dicks were always the libs best friends.

You’re saying something entirely different now. A lot of people would support the military. It would also depend on what said military is doing and who’s orders they are following.

I noticed much the same thing - retired 4 years ago so shouldn’t have to worry. But, there are also a lot who, like you are conservative and they get caught up in the generalization. During my career I managed to fire 2 and it was a long, uphill battle to make it happen....shortly thereafter, i had a higher ranking lib civilian trying to get me fired and I pulled a “Trump” on him by forwarding a lot of his emails to my home computer for safe keeping and to my unit commander asking for relief from the guy’s spiteful attacks...made for some angst my last year but made retirement so much sweeter.
