So I wanna give a shout out to any financefags who might be able to explain the relevance of the World Bank to the machinations of the DS - if there is any connection.
I don't see how Ivanka could become the head because POTUS declined to name her as ambassador, saying that he could just hear the cries of nepotism already. So it seems that her chances of heading the World Bank would be similarly cast.
I've been reading the webpage of the World Bank. I'll put links below. They seem to "help" countries in a wide range of development projects. Does this mean it's the DS's "hooks" set in 3rd world countries to control them? Yeah, I'm cynical like that. :/ If so, I could see white hats wanting to take it over.
I see that Obama appointed the current leader, Kim, in 2012 and that many are "shocked" that Kim is stepping down, even before a replacement is found. The CEO will serve as interim group president

Riding near the border he saw all scorers of high tech cameras and when they went into a small town they saw a bedpans new prison on the outskirts of town. He ambled over to the fire department on a rest break and the fire chief told him that prison was full of illegal crossers that got caught. The guy said he has to inspect the place regularly because he’s the fire inspector.
The guards told him that most of the crossers are sent back to Canada but that the middle eastern guys were taken to New York and sent back to the Middle East on an airplane.

Regarding cutting the fence, I am a Securityfag. There are listening devices that respond to vibrations that could be set at intervals to “listen” to the fence and trigger alarms that allow timely response. (Shaker wire). I imagine cutting through that fence would take more than a couple minutes and the patrol would be all over them in just minutes.
