Remember that Ball Park that was going to have DNA day - IIRC it was going to be free or discount or something - announced in paper - people did NOT respond positively-so they canceled it.

I don't know if the standard of evidence is different, or not. I think the criteria for conviction are different.

Privileges are different, standards of evidence are similar, conviction doesn't require 100% agreement of the panel except on death cases.

IIRC, pancreatic cancer is notorious for being resistent to CONVENTIONAL treatments. Don’t blame him for trying alternative. Maybe he should have tried a Royal Rife machine—zaps cancer cells with tailormade sound waves that fractures the cancer cell’s cell walls but not normal cells.

So what if this happens: Trump goes to the podium tonight, and says,...”I have in my hand Justice Ginsburg’s resignation. I have accepted it, and here is my nomination for her seat.”... if that’s what he wants, and he could use military funding, personnel, etc., while they are focused on stopping his nomination.
