I was just thinking yesterday how amazing it is that he got elected. They make such a big deal in Washington about prior political experience, like the RNC chair putting down Romney for being a Freshman senator. I'm no fan of Romney but he does have more experience as an elected official than many of the big name superstars.
He did serve a full four years as a governor which is the second highest elected governmental executive position, second only to the presidency.
Deep Staters and Swampers weren't this upset that Hillary Clinton had absolutely ZERO on-the-job experience as a government bureaucrat or elected representative when she was voted in as the Carpetbag Senator from New York in 2000.
And they cared even less that Barack Obama only had two years experience as a senator when he announced his candidacy for president in 2017.

These days everyone is insane. How will all these people that live every minute looking to be insulted about something ever going to make it? I guess as long as we put up with it, and the courts, universities, corporations, etc., enable them.
