Okay...now for something a bit off topic...

Hubby and I were watching an old movie on TCM and, afterwards, they played this vintage (from the 70s) short....all about teaching kids about.....WORK....that four letter word that the left hates so much.

It’s a great, short vid that reminds me of the videos we used to watch in school. It talks all about the importance of work, responsibility and providing.

This is what our kids, in the past decade or so, have NOT been taught.

No social justice, we were all equally expected to do a good job, be responsible and provide for ourselves and our families.

Maybe it’s time we got back, to the basics of....work/life/producing/responsibility/pride in a days work, etc...and, stopped with the identity politics, race baiting and providing freebies for those who do nothing to contribute to themselves.

Why would you take your family to an active war zone?

One possibility. That you really weren’t going to that given destination knew the jig was up and your were about to be arrested. Therefore, you were getting you and your family out of the country.
