Courts cannot block a national emergency declaration.

Only a 2/3rds vote in both Houses can overturn a national emergency.

If the courts try to horn in, they need to be told to get lost. The President alone, not the Judiciary, has the Constitutional duty to protect the nation.

While the Wall is important, we also need changes to the immigration laws to allow better protection.

Trump said “if we don’t get a fair deal from Congress, the government will shut down on Feb. 15th and I will use the powers granted to me under our laws and our Constitution to protect the nation.”

Stone was subsequently released on $250,000 bond.

Roger Stone is a 66-year-old, non-violent man who was not a flight risk, yet Mueller deployed his Gestapo thugs to Roger Stone’s Ft. Lauderdale, Florida home early morning to intimidate him.

CNN just happened to be there as at least six FBI vehicles and approximately 12 officers stormed Roger Stone’s home in Fort Lauderdale. The KGB FBI agents were dressed in tactical vests with large weapons. They were wearing night vision glasses.

This is a new low for the FBI.

Mueller is trying to turn the screws on Stone — Stone reiterated today that he will not testify against President Trump. “I will not bear false witness,” Stone said Friday after he was released on bond.

A judge released Roger Stone on $250,000 bond Friday — this is a very low bond after an FBI raid.

I’m not mad at this president. He’s doing his damnedest. If there’s anyone I’d want to string up, it’s the past leaders. THEY let this happen. Who brought in these stupid laws, such as catch and release? Why wasn’t hell raised when Reagan gave amnesty for border security and didn’t get it? What did Bush do?

The poor guy who gets stuck with the job of trying to make things right but is thwarted at every turn by the stupidity of the past traitors gets all the blame? It’s just not right.

They can't do a lot of things, but they do. It takes many, many months to go through the other courts & get corrected, if it does at all. By then, how many caravans will be here?

Pretty soon we are just going to have millions crashing our border, and they know we will not stop them.

The opposition leader has control of some of the gov’t functions. The USA is giving Venezuela 20 million in humanitarian aid that the Opposition leader will be able to give to the people because he is in control of that part of the gov’t in Venezuela. There is hope.

I agree...and pointing fingers with blind information....its seems its always Pence and Jared's fault. Our President makes the final decision...it isn't over so why are people wanting to jump now?
