It’s not a slashed zero Its verticle. Not at an angle. Slashed zeros are listed several places. This is not.
If a zero, why replace an O with it? Must be a message for someone.

Jessi that looks like the overnight casserole I fixed for Christmas Morning breakfast. It was delicious. I put some heavy cream in mine while putting it together. I'll be making it again next Christmas.
Good morning...had to run a quick errand. Some store here found the Under Armour sleeveless tops I've been looking for. My son wears them under his regular shirts. He's very tactile.

Looks like whatever you have has better resolution than my computer or tablet. It just shows up as a fuzzy thick line.
Nasty, it is the “O” in the word sanctions in the poster Trump had on the table. He changed the date to November 4th Plus the O has been changed to some weird symbol. Let us know if you know what that is.
All I know is it’s not an electrical symbol if it has three lines. :-) Maybe Nikk knows about Chinese symbols? :-)
